Winter Ills

Everyone's been under the weather. Mostly sunshiny, but we've been indoors with fevers and cold. Poor Little Guy came down with it nearly 3 weeks ago and has been coughing and faucet-style nose since.

Nice thing about being in? We can craft.



Teddy was started from scraps of a vest I made for MissB (still have to get pics of that), and Shaymin is a Pokemon hedgehog for T.J. The green Spiderman was for a friend's little boy. His favorites all rolled into one. As soon as it was delivered, his little brother asked for a yellow Spiderman. :)

This is the Free Spirit Doll from By Hook, By Hand. Obviously, not quite done. I'm not sure how I'd like her hair done yet.

I like using these safety eyes. They give the doll a more finished look. I still need to work on the face and like how the pattern calls for eyelids, too.

I also started Goldilocks and the 3 Bears from a pattern magazine my mom has. I'll have pictures soon(er or later), Papa Bear's almost done.
