A Late Mystery

 Melencolia was designed for the September Mystery Sock (MOCK) Knit ALong (KAL). I haven’t done a mystery KAL since about ought eight. Better late than never. I cast on Saturday, first sock is done. I made mistakes, so it wouldn’t have counted for the contest. Second sock will be according to directions. The pattern on the foot during the gusset decrease is where my mistake was. The leg of the sock has patterning worked every other row, and I repeated this on Rows 1-22 of the foot. I did realize my mistake, but decided to roll with it and see which I like better. On the second sock, I’m working the patterning each round, as called for, and repeating the rows for length.
